What are the flow racking systems?
Flow racking systems are dynamic systems for loading and unloading pallets and individual cardboard boxes. The angle of inclination of the steel rollers, the size and number of roller tracks and the load capacity of the support frames are in accordance with the size and weight of the stored elements. You can have constant access to the stored goods in the work area, as the pallets or boxes are supported by these steel rollers and slide down by gravity.
How to work with flow racking systems?
The pallets are loaded on the gravity steel rollers with a fixed slope. When the load is taken from the person, the next pallet is moved to a position and the spare stock is being loaded at the opposite (upper) end of the track. The speed and brakes in the roller tracks help to regulate the movement of the pallets. It is automatic and even requires minimal machine movement to control the flow of goods. Therefore, the racking system is available for most types of lifting equipment.
